Both the insurer & insured must adhere to the laid down terms & conditions. The insurer has the right to deny the claims if the conditions laid down in the policy are not adhered by the insured. They are issued by the insurer in the insurance policy. The list below details

- Each feature has been provided a Code with the word “Clauses” suffixed to it. Only Premium Members can view the detailed description of a particular Clause.
- Term & Condition Clause specific : The “Codes” beginning with “AVN” are standard clauses with standard wordings. Some of the features that have multiple coverage’s in them, have been suffixed the code viz. (O 1),(O 2) & so on. Summarily, clause viz. AVN 01 C (O 1), AVN 01 (O 2), AVN 01 C(O 3), AVN 01 C (O 4) refers to standard AVN 01 C policy wording with 04 sections available in it and depending on the business need one can opt for any and/or all of them.
- The features have been categorized under various heads viz. Additional insured clauses, Amendment clauses, Claim clauses , Employee clauses and so on. Please click on the relevant category to know about the features that might be available/attached to a particular insurance product.
